- How to temper
- How to mold
- How to make ganache fillings
- How to make bars, bark, bonbons & more
3 hour class includes tempering, making bars and bark.
4 hour class – Additional instruction on making ganache and filled chocolates.
5 hour class – Also includes learning a variety of techniques for decorating chocolate molds.
